On 13th August 1947, Shri. R. K. Jain, a visionary – an apostle of mind over body- created and nurtured a fledgling small scale unit to become a leader in the field of vibration & shock Isolation.
                          
Today Resistoflex has 5 units with over 150,000 sq/ft area backed by a strong workforce of over 280 people.

Every year Founder’s Day is celebrated with great pomp and show. The entire team gets together for a day of fun and frolic with many games ending with a Tug of War. The Chairman’s Trophy is given to the winning Unit and is a source of pride and joy for the winners.
