Mr. Aradhya Jain,
Director, Resistoflex Group
Mr. Aradhya Jain, the youngest Director, represents the third generation of the Resistoflex Group. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani Univeristy and an MBA in Family Business Management from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.
During his early professional development, he gained cross-industry exposure through training in Production and Programming at Lucy Electric FZE, Dubai; Design and Thermodynamics at Tata Advanced Systems Limited; and Wealth Management at Anand Rathi Private Wealth Management. He also served as the Chair for the Entrepreneurship and Innovation vertical at CII – Young Indians, Delhi.
At Resistoflex Group, he plays an active role in driving innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth across the organization. He has been instrumental in strengthening systemic orientation and enhancing professionalisation across all levels of the company. With a strong interest in engineering and advanced manufacturing, he works closely on the development of specialized products for critical and high-performance applications.
Beyond managing day-to-day operations, his current focus lies in expanding the company’s product portfolio and entering new market segments through strategic alliances, with a clear vision of transforming Resistoflex into a globally recognised and future-ready engineering organization. He also leads the company’s financial strategy and long-term investment planning, ensuring sustainable growth and disciplined capital allocation.
Aradhya has played a key role in introducing Technical Design platforms along with the development of a robust and data-driven Management Information System (MIS) within the organization. His work focuses on improving reliability, performance, and quality standards while aligning the organization with the future of smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0.
He strongly believes in combining engineering precision, entrepreneurial thinking, and disciplined investing to build resilient organizations. His vision is to grow globally competitive businesses while continuing the legacy of trust, innovation, and excellence that defines the Resistoflex Group
