• Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing, to generate leads and enhance online visibility.
• Event Management: Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Resistoflex products and services.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.

Qualification: B Tech & MBA in Sales & Marketing. Specialization in International Market will be given preference.

Experience:

• Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a B2B environment, preferably in engineering, manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong understanding of the Indian and South East Asian markets.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills in building and maintaining relationships with key customers.

• Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks on door section components to ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards.
